How text messaging works on Crimson.
About this program
Crimson is a CRM platform that businesses use to communicate with their own contacts. Text messages are sent by those businesses through Crimson, and may include one-to-one customer care, appointment coordination, and relationship or service updates.
Consent
Businesses may text a contact only after the contact has provided the consent required for that type of message. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Opt-outs are honored, and you will not receive further messages from that sender unless you opt back in. Reply HELP to any message for help, or email hello@gocrimson.io.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Customer responsibilities
Businesses using Crimson are responsible for obtaining and documenting consent and for complying with all applicable consent, telemarketing, carrier, and messaging laws and rules.
